I had to go to the portal to get the secret to use in the DL client.

+1 We also need some way of extracting the secret, so we can automate creation of new environments.

@swagatmishra2007 Is the secret for directline exposed in the current extension? Could you share a sample if it is, or otherwise an ETA for this feature?

fixed in azure cli release 2.0.45. please install the latest cli and try az bot directline show --with-secrets
