Hello,
Does Directline support two people chatting with a bot in the middle to facilitate the conversation?

Sorry, currently, we don't support multi-user chatting.

I will leave this issue open and I would like other team members to chime in.

@jrmcdona can you give us some user stories on how this feature should work? It will give us a better understanding of your need.

I need this function.
User scenario requirements is the ai bot chat to talk with its friens or students in English.

The Direct Line API and infrastructure was designed to support multi-user chat. I suspect that if you try it, you'll find that it works.

Since we built it, we've found that multi-user scenarios are extremely uncommon, and much of the machinery around Direct Line (notably Web Chat) does not feature multi-user capabilities.
