Unable to save BDK tab configuration

I am trying to install BDK meeting app locally.
For this, I followed every steps and the backend is also running locally.

But when I upload the app extension into the Teams and try to Save, it shows error.

Can you tell me the reason?
Where can I check log for this issue?

Hi @HaoTao95, that error is thrown by the Teams Client. You can open the developers' tools of the Teams Client to check if it logs the reason for that error. Probably, the manifest has some errors or is a permission issue, but we can't say for sure without context/details.
