@nerajput1607 is this issue resolved? |
The scores are getting changed when the case changes in the utterance.
For example " Please help me" is going for intent name : Timeoff with 66.06 score but "please help me" is giving a score of 71.33 in intent name : GenericHelp.
This is happening for the other scenarios as well. another example is "Maybe after" & "maybe after"
We are facing this issue in Live customer project. Please guide us with the resolution.
