The tool tip for a charticulator viz needs to be corrected to show values with correct formatting. Decimal rounding and actual Date.

@apanasara the fix was for extension, not Charticulator visual

@zBritva - could you explain what you mean by "extension"? How can we utilize this in PBI visual?
