What is your question?

We successfully integrated Power BI CoE Command Center with canvas app "Admin - Access this Flow".

However, the Power Automate Flow ownership data seems to only work with Flows not residing inside a solution.

  1. Is this by design?

  2. If so, there should be a warning message instead of a blank ownership area. People are often confused on why this ownership area is blank. They often think the Power BI to Canvas App connection is broken, when this is not the case.

Thats correct, that is a limitation.
Will put on the backlog to fix up. Note that in the meantime you can use the Set Flow Permissions apps which do make this clear.

@john-s-wu This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
