Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Need to determine which environments in the tenant are actually being used and, if not, delete them. This can come from old trial environments, sandboxes used for workshop.

  • The CoE kit only has launch (usage) information for canvas apps, desktop flows and chatbots but no usage information for cloud flows, portals, model driven apps etc.
  • it's thus difficult to report on environments where assets are no longer used - as we wouldn't know if for example a cloud flow is running in the environment
  • but we can report on last modified date, so for example show environments where apps/flows were not modified in the past 90 days.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • - Report on environments where nothing has been modified in e.g. 90 days - could be part of new Compliance report
  • - Inactivity notifications process similar to apps/flows to allow for deletion of environments

Describe alternatives you've considered

Make this part of BYODL work when we have cloud flow run history.

@manuelap-msft This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
