[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Upgrade work: App URL env variables should be redone to be dynamic

We have several app URLs that people enter as env variables.
Unfortunately these get stale on upgrade as the appids, and hence the app urls, change

Describe the solution you'd like

Few options to consider

1. Have them point to CoE metadata which is updated in the use case (ex the app etc)
2. Have the metadata flow update them as part of its work
3. Have a new flow as part of the upcoming "Upgrade app" do this work.

resolved by removing that tag at the end.

@Jenefer-Monroe This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
