Describe the solution you'd like

1. coe-cli executables are available in the release. Add link to the release to get latest executable.
2. Documentation for Bootstrapping install / upgrade?
3. Documentation for Code first components (including release notes on new repo structure and cdsproj approach to unpack / pack)
4. Update coe-cli documentation to include creator kit as a prerequisite

I have added a new setup page and linked it from the TOC and the Setup ALM Accelerator page

Will record video(s) and add those as soon as possible but will not make it for the release

@mikefactorial This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
