[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Change how the App/Flow Archive Detail pop up shows in Power BI

The pop-up on hover can be extremely annoying, especially with how large the pop-up is and it's hard to view the data in the table if the pop up constantly shows.

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove the pop-up effect and (if possible) make this visual only visible on button click or, if this isn't possible, through a drill-trough (could include this visual in the app detail page which is already available as drill through)

Now available via Drill through instead of on hover

Changed in all places we had the hover.

@manuelap-msft This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
