Phase 1: Will ship with July, outstanding work for Phase 2:

Phase 2:

  • Save policy changes as draft so they can be applied later
  • Send approvals tasks to makers, manage status from the task list
  • Update command bar of dlp task list table to remove unneeded commands
  • multi-select to email more makers with impact
  • re-run the analysis on current environments
  • update DLP Impact Analysis table command bar to hide unneeded commands (like new/save and new/import from excel)

Hello Manuela,

the new DLP impact Analysisis really looking great.
Could you add the email also to the command center app?

So the email can be customized/localized?

And the possibility to create one from scratch?
Could be helpful for company, which didn't implement a dlp before the roleout of the power platform

All the mails in the command center app are for mails from flows. So we will need to extend it to include mails from apps.

Saving Data Policies as drafts is code complete for September release:

From the home screen you can select applied (active) policies, and draft policies.

When you edit a policy, on the final step you can either update the policy (make it active/apply the changes) OR you can now save the policy as a draft to review later

@manuelap-msft This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
