Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the Welcome Email flow sends an email with text from the customized email record, but then adds a link to "Our Power Platform Community" after the customized text. This means that I don't have full control over the email text via customized emails so I need to make an entirely new flow just to remove that text.

Having the additional text "hard-coded" into the flow seems like it goes against the whole Customized Emails paradigm. We should be able to use the customized emails to build the email text as we want, but having that at the end means we don't have full control of that email.

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove the additional HTML after the customized email output in the Send Email action of the Welcome Email flow.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative would require users of the toolkit to create their own flow to remove that text.

Additional context?

Unfortunately we cannot embed variables like that inside the dataverse table and so anything of that nature , ex a link to an app, a reference to the owners name , etc would need to be done "hard coded" into the flow.
I do hear you that this is means the mails arent fully customizable but we have not found a way around this.

I see what you're saying, but it does force everyone to use the same friendly text "Our Power Platform Community" and it looks kindof odd as one bullet point at the end of a formatted email.

My preference would be that we include the link to the community hard-coded in our customized email as it's not a URL that is likely to change between environments or even that much over time and then we could put it wherever we want it.

Barring that, maybe just changing how it's displayed? Maybe bolded and italicized rather than a bullet point? Just so it doesn't look like an afterthought, but more like a part of a signature?

Having said all that, I do want to say that I really like the customized email functionality. It's pretty slick.

Thank you! Yes I think that makes sense. To shift this to not be a bullet. I'll take that for Sept!
