The app shows the following prompt and does not show the owners and users of the app.
App permission issue

Steps To Reproduce

Click manage permission on a canvas app in the admin view md app.

Sorry I left some debug code uncommented.
You can edit the page locally as shown below, though you will need to remove the created unmanaged layer on next upgrade.
Local fixed for Sept.

How to local fix

Browse to apps in your CoE Envt (directly, not from within a solution), find the Power Platform Admin View model driven app and edit

Find the PPAdmin View Manage Permissions - Apps page and click edit

Go to the MainScreen's OnVisible property and delete this debug section

validated no repro in flow version of the app

@MrHueb This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
