Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

• I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

We switched to API version 2023-06-01 to get this to work but it turns out that API version is not available for GCCH and DoD. So we added a workaround so it woudl not fail anymore for those tenant types but of course it still will not return last published date since thats not in the old api
