[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Orphaned Flows view not included in MDA

I am cleaning up orphaned resources where the previous owner cannot be found. The Power Apps table has a view called Orphaned Canvas, which is really helpful for this exercise. For flows this is called abandoned flows, which is a different terminology. The flows also use orphaned resources in their naming, so renaming it could help. Also, the view isn't filtered on deleted = false, which is the case on the Orphaned canvas side.

Renaming the view + adding a filter to the view.

Describe alternatives you've considered

the term abandoned flow is new to me, but it might be this terminology broadly used and I am somewhat misusing the view.

I dont know how we ended up with two of these (Abandonded and Orphaned) but there is also an Orphaned Flow view. It wasn't added to the MDA for some reason either so I added that now.

@miguelverweij This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
