discover: Make mainTemplate.json marketplace-ready by including PID and adding conditional deployment properties

Requirements

• The virtual machine that we create for modm needs to be deployed as a VM offer. These marketplace deployments typically need PIDs attached. This should be the microsoft partner id associated with the partnercenter account we are deploying to.

Justification

Our virtual machine image will be deployed to the microsoft publisher account. In order to get credit for ACR with modm, we want to make sure our publisher id is part of the tracking system and reporting if that is how it is being tracked.
