Getting the same issue with Windows Server 2022 Standard. It looks like the check happens here:

Technically speaking, you cannot have an LBFO NIC attached to a vmSwitch in WS2022. You can only use SET. Maybe there's an in-place upgrade scenario where LBFO works...? I'm not sure.

Just in case, I am addressing this issue with the 29 August 2022 update.
