Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps and find the install directory for Dev Home (e.g., C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.DevHome_0.503.261.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe).
  2. Inspect the files present in the package

Expected result

No response

Actual result

I spotted a few debugging-related binaries (createdump.exe and dbgshim.dll) and it was unclear if those are being used by Dev Home for a particular scenario. Filing an issue to verify the purpose of these files and to remove them if they are not being used.
