Go to machine config, and hover at bottom of main section (see video)

nothing there

Actual result

looks to have a 'on hover' interaction

As a data point, I can repro this on 0.1501.522.0 (Canary) as well (if Quickstart Playground's experimental feature is turned off). By comparison, I don't see this behavior in 0.1401.505.0 (Preview).
