Getting "The requested content does not exist"

After following the deployment instructions, when I go to the storageAccountWebEndpoint I get the following error message:

The requested content does not exist.
HttpStatusCode: 404
ErrorCode: WebContentNotFound
RequestId : df3d7499-801e-001f-580c-60d1f0000000
TimeStamp : 2023-03-26T17:56:56.9824319Z

I'd appreciate any help into what I might be doing wrong during the deployment.

Same deployment puts everything in Storage account ohif folder but paths in the Javascript do not account for that.
Move all files from ohif to root folder and it will load

however, even after moving the files to the root folder under the$web container returns a blank index page
It appears that the AAD tokens are not being resolved after deployment.
