Study not loading properly in viewer

Hello,
We have deployed ohifv3 on Azure Storage and the nginx server using Kubernetes. We deployed on nginx to resolve COEP headers requirements concerning ohif.

Images are not loading in the left pane which shows all studies. Has any encountered this issue for Azure DICOM service.
