Sample does not work #86

The sample located at
https://github.com/Microsoft/FASTER/blob/master/cs/playground/ClassSample/Program.cs does not work. When running the program, a NotImplementedException is thrown by SingleWriter() in the MyFunctions class.

There was a minor issue in the example, it did not provide FASTER with the key and value serializers during instantiation. This is now fixed. Thanks.
