User story

As a Windows user I'd like to be consistent on my CLI/Terminal work and continue using a well-known package manager to install new apps/tools such as FindDevice, so that I won't break my routine/workflow.

What exactly am I suggesting

  1. Create a WinGet manifest
  2. [Optional] Create a Scoop manifest
