⚠️ Problem

Microsoft Cost Management added support for Microsoft Customer Agreement accounts in China in July. We need to confirm that FinOps hubs is deployable in that cloud.

🛠️ Solution

Follow the documentation to deploy FinOps hubs in China and identify any issues with the documentation or deployment that cause it to not work.
