Issue is due to a quotation mark was missing. See PR #1443

After getting a successful build, the Weather page is now throwing exceptions:

Removing the following line allows the data grid to at least appear without first showing Loading...

Setting rendermode to interactive server gives the expected behaviour.

The issue appears to be related to using StreamRendering and SSR.
