FluentUI 9 figure out if inside a light or dark theme

Hi,

Is it possible in a component to figure out if the current theme is a light or dark theme. I would like to pick the monaco editor theme(vs-light or vs-dark) automatically depending on the fluent UI theme.

This is inside a library that respect the fluentui theme so I don't really want users to have to provide a 2nd context to have to specify that.

Another scenario I had was being able to pick different images depending on the theme(light or dark).
