Click on scrollbar in navigation pane
Drag outside of navigation pane
Drag down

Actual Behavior

Navigation pane scrolls down

Nothing happens

Chrome 109 and Windows 10 22H2. Recorded with ShareX. Can't see when I'm clicking my mouse, but I'm sure you get the idea.

@Poopooracoocoo I see what you mean 🐱 Can repro on Mac & Windows, so it's not OS specific.

I checked few other Storybooks and of them have the same problem as I see:

I can repro on the JPL Storybook and SAP Storybook, but not the VLOC Storybook. Strange, eh?

I'm assuming this is an iframe issue. It's certainly not something that is a bug with our doc site.
