We need to update our dev docs:

  • Create a stubbed doc structure
  • Port current content in individual PRs reviewed by the team.
    • coding style
    • command cheat sheet
    • common dev snags
    • dev env
    • dev workflow
    • rfc process
  • Port v9 related rfcs to a new home in the docs folder.
  • Port deprecated content to a specific folder in the repo.
  • Update README.md
  • Add a CONTRIBUTING.md
