Include "Views", "wwwroot", and other common ASP.NET Core MVC directories in publishOptions

For folks that are new to ASP.NET Core MVC applications, they may have trouble figuring out that they need to include the "Views" and other common directories in their publishOptions project setting. The generator should do this.
