A new blank WinUI 3 app shows "WinUI Desktop" in title bar

Describe the bug
Odd default title is added to a new project

Steps to reproduce the bug
Create a new WinUI 3 0.8.1 app.
Launch the app.
Notice the title "WinUI Desktop".

This text doesn't appear in the project.
Instead there shouldn't be a default title, and the project template should be setting it in MainWindow.XAML

Expected behavior
No title by default - Project Template explicitly sets it to the project name, same as for instance a WinForms or WPF applications does.
