Describe the bug

BitmapIcon does not respond to ShowAsMonochrome change, and is documented nowhere.

Steps to reproduce the bug

See winui3 gallery' code. It workaround this by manually resetting the Source. Remove that line, the BitmapIcon will stay at monochrome / colored (its initialValue), and does not change
