Old Versions?

Microsoft Store’s API does not allow you to download old versions of apps, so please allow the downloading of older versions in the API, and implement it in WinGet: microsoft/winget-cli#4472

Currently, the only way to access old versions of Microsoft Store apps is to find a user that has the older version installed to their device (which is incredibly hard to do) and use a special tool to extract it, but even then you need to modify the registry to install that dump.

+1, the latest Microsoft Photos version is missing a dependency which prevents the app from launching for many of our customers. lack of old versions via Store makes it very difficult to roll back, so we had to deploy the dependency manually which may prevent it from being tracked/updated properly
