We'll focus on GitHub Actions because of our GitOps needs.
Then other CI/CD should work without much difficulty, but won't have a specific support.

Suggestion: One thing to look at is the Azure DevOps Demo Generator, and perhaps make use of it to add the CI/CD support for generated files. It can also work for GitOps (with pat tokens) and adopters of Azure DevOps may also benefit from this great experience.
