miss header file asn1_mac.h

I am using WinRT branch to build OpenSSL for Windows Phone 8.1.
The file asn1_mac.h doesn't exist in the header folder, however, official OpenSSL source code has it.
May I know any reason to remove it? Thanks in advance.

PS: My working environment:

Windows 10, VS 2013 Ultimate

I just saw the issue.
Our WinRT branch is fairly behind the master OpenSSL branch, this might be the reason why the file is not there. Is it a new 1.1.0 feature?
