There usually is a bit more details in the log file that explains the specific failure. From what you have provided, it seems the edX application database migration playbook execution failed. Can you provide a bit more details?

this is the bootstrap log (Security removed)

This most probably related to the SSL certificate setting. It appears nginx is experiencing a configuration problem. Please make sure you are using the linux line ending in your configuration file.
