Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want to custom OpenAI API endpoints and model names, and I can use my custom transfer API, and other models I want to use.

Scenario when this would be used?

Use transfer API, use custom models.

Supporting information

This is a very important feature and we hope it can be supported as soon as possible.
