[Awake] Allow setting a time and no date

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Consider adding a new feature or altering the existing Date and Time setting by incorporating a checkbox that deactivates the date field, allowing the system to remain Awake until the specified time within the next 24 hours.

Alternatively, the date could default to today if it's set in the past. At minimum, a "Today" button could be implemented. It's hard to envision a scenario where selecting a past date would be beneficial.

Then, the Keep awake until expiration date and time option, which is currently greyed out in the tray icon menu, would become meaningful and could be enabled.

Scenario when this would be used?

Scenarios that require keeping a system awake until a specific time are common, such as ensuring a computer remains active until the end of a workday.
