Steps to reproduce

Peek crashes when attempting to preview at least pdf and mp4 files on the release version of Windows 24H2 (Build 26100.863) on a brand new Surface Laptop 7th Edition. So far I have not gotten Peek to work at all. Peek does work to preview the same files on an ARM64 Lenovo X13s (also v0.81.1, Windows build 22631.3737), so this may be a 24H2 regression.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Peek to open a preview of the file.

❌ Actual Behavior

The PowerToys app silently crashes.
