Describe the bug
Identity: Page keeps reloading if opening the unfinished project immediately

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
2.Sign in Microsoft account
3.Open a tutorial and don't finish it
4.Ruturn to the homepage
5.Open this unfinished project

Actual behavior
Page keeps reloading if opening the unfinished project immediately
3

1.OS: Windows(rs6)
2.arcade version: 1.4.6
3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.9.7

Edit: nvm, this might be a dupe, but I need to investigate more. It's showing up in /beta
