Describe the bug
Simulator keeps hiding in editor if you click “Hide the simulator” in tutorial

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
  2. Open a tutorial
  3. Click "Hide the simulator" button
  4. Finish the tutorial and observe the simulator in editor

Actual behavior
Simulator keeps hiding in editor if you click “Hide the simulator” in tutorial

Expect behavior
Simulator should open up in editor even if you click “Hide the simulator” in tutorial
