Doesn't show the title of next step after clicking 'Next'

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#
2. Tutorials for the new micro:bit (V2)----->Blow Away---->Blocks Start Tutorial
3. Select step3 and scroll down
4. Click 'Next'

Actual behavior
Doesn't show the title of next step after clicking 'Next'

Expect behavior
Instruction of next step shows from title after clicking 'Next'
