Config.sample.json does not reflect all of the new config values

It looks like changes have been made to the configuration parameters but they have not been added to the README or to the config.sample.json file which makes the accelerator unusable to folks do not want to have to debug the code to get it to work.

Run 01_index.py

AZURE_SEARCH_USE_SEMANTIC_SEARCH environment variable not set.
