Using the breast cancer set, I can get something like this:

Shouldn't the resultant plot still be a 2D matrix, but with values only on the diagonal?

this was listed as known issue in the doc, I think I will just show 1 feature in this case on axis 1

Adding to this issue.

  1. Select two different features on X and Y axes.
  2. A 2D matrix should appear as expected.
  3. Change one of the two features to match the other.
  4. The 2D matrix does not change, only the label on the axis changes.

Expected - either:

  1. It is not possible to choose the same feature on two axes (preferred.)
  2. As mentioned above, shows 1 feature on axis 1.

If both are set to the same feature, only one row will be shown. There will be an option for "no feature" to reset the axes.
