missing dependencies

I wanted to have a look at this code and installed it in my sistem.
To import it I had to make up a dozen tables/data types/classes.
No chance this will work even now, but at least it compiles

Are there missing dependencies? Missing objects?
Things like table zrest_monitor and class zcl_rest_utility_class look specific enough

PS: why putting a zip in the repo rather than exporting the package in abapgit?
