This is very strange. SlnGen is running

Yes, It happens every time. I'm unable to make SlnGen work on my machine. |
Very strange. I added a unit test with your exact output and it seems to work. Can you try building SlnGen locally and debugging it on your machine? The TryGetDotNetCoreBasePath method is what parses the output of You can also downgrade to unblock yourself
You can try older versions until it works again, that would narrow down which commit broke you. |
Same error on me and old version also doesn't work. |
I'm able to mitigate by uninstalling all 2.xx version .net core SDKs. Only keep the latest one. |
