so uninstall 2022 version then install 2019 and sqlexpress type for developer problem still on

not resolved problem

  1. Disable antivirus & firewall

  2. Enable Window Update

  3. Uninstall previous install SQL Server 2019

  4. Uninstall SQL realated feature like data tool
    reporting services & SQL management studio

  5. Install First SQL Server Management studio 18 & above

  6. Install SQL Server data tool 15.9 and above

  7. Install SQL Server 2019
