[Terminal] Settings select panels do not conform to pane when scrolling #11079

Steps to reproduce

  • Open settings
  • Click Default Profile/Launch Size/Rows
  • Scroll either up or down

Expected Behavior

Conform to the window boundaries or close when going past.

Actual Behavior

Panel will go outside the entire window and continue until clicked

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
