A docker image for UniLM would be great.

Thanks for the suggestion!

The current docker is based on pytorch/pytorch:1.1.0-cuda10.0-cudnn7.5-devel, which has resolved most dependencies. So we didn't upload a new docker to the hub. Contributions are also welcome.
