VCPKG supports exporting built packages into SDK. This removes the need for users of the SDK to have VCPKG installed. Is it possible, however, for the users to add additional dependencies to the project apart from those coming with the SDK? In other words, can one combine SDK with additional packages in one project?

The best I can come up with is
vcpkg install <package> --host-triplet=<triplet> --overlay-triplets=<path/to/triplet/definistions>
cmake --preset <preset> -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=<path/to/vcpkg>/installed/<triplet>
but it requires the VCPKG installation for the users.
