Wondering if there will be support for white/blacklisting and forcing Visual Studio extensions.

Right, I was imagining something along the lines of the existing extension manager from Mads Kristensen (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MadsKristensen.ExtensionManager2019) but on an administrative level, where extensions are forced to be installed and can not be removed by the user.
Possibly a trusted repository for the extensions will be required so that only extensions from a given, trusted, location will be / can be installed.
